I'M BACK!

I'm feeling MOTIVATED to write about something I've been promising I'd do for a while hehehe, so here I am, with fab pictures, my sense of humour and confusion and my usual Friends related joke.s

As I said before in a previous LUSH review, I've only just got into baths. I also hate spending extra time doing things, when I could be spending that time doing nothing in bed. So already I limit myself on the things I'd buy at LUSH, and add to that the fact I hate spending money, and it's not the shop for me.

I've been wanting to do this post for a while, but I've been a bit too scared, to be honest.

I feel very strongly about the stigma surrounding mental health, in general.
Whilst I've only recently been officially diagnosed, going through uni I knew a lot of people that suffered, and it led to me to understand the stigma around it.

This is going to a bit of a different post, serious, but like Chandler, I make jokes when I'm uncomfortable, so beware.

I know so many people think that they're a waste of time, waste of money and just do not deserve all the publicity. And I couldn't disagree more.

I was going to write about something else today, but this was too good opportunity to miss!

I wonder if you guys have heard about the 100 Day Project? It's a project by Elle Luna which is basically a way to expand ones creativity, however ya see fit.

Anyway, I've been thinking about starting a new and enthralling series, but I haven't had any flash of inspiration yet, so thought I'd start off with something simple.

I still call myself a new blogger, it's only been 6 weeks since I started blogging, and although I feel so proud of how fast things seem to be coming along, I'm still very much learning the ropes! So I thought a little series for a few weeks about ME would be great fun!

Calm seems such an odd word, doesn't it?
My life seems so busy and unplanned at the moment I forget what the word calm even means!





























Luckily for me, and my lack of calmness, I won the lovely Kayleighs competition for the Calm book and I thought I'd do a quick review for all you lovely people!

I have mentioned a few times before that I luuurve to drink the water. Well, I say love. I don't, I just have to.

I have low blood pressure which means I feel sick and dizzy a lot of the time anyway, but if I don't drink my normal amount of water I can definitely feel it. I even wake up during the night to drink water... that probably isn't normal...
